  • SMA America Expands Presence At Stapleton

SMA America has signed a 10-year lease with Etkin Johnson Group and Forest City Enterprises to occupy a new 148,902 square foot flex building located at 10075 East 40th Avenue in Enterprise Park at Stapleton. SMA - the globally recognized leader in solar inverter manufacturing that has been setting standards in solar technology for more than 25 years - already occupies a 169,800 square foot building at Enterprise Park. The new SMA building fronts I-70 with direct access to the Central Park Boulevard interchange which is nearing completion along with the expansion of East 40th Avenue to Central Park Boulevard. SMA America’s commitment to and passion for the evolution of the U.S. solar technology movement is reflected by its choice to continue growing its operations at Enterprise Park’s “zeroscape” facilities that make energy-efficient use of natural resources for minimal environmental impact, and their expanded tenancy brings Enterprise Park’s occupancy up to 90%. There is a divisible, 46,550 square foot space still available at this premier location for an enterprising business interested in a state-of-the-art Green building, superior amenities and a dynamic community of nearby conveniences. » TOP

  • Foresight

I am very pleased to report that Etkin Johnson Group continued to build momentum by delivering another strong financial performance in 2010. Our entire team demonstrated its continued commitment and dedication to our company as they worked together to overcome economic challenges and to implement business strategies devised to maximize our portfolio’s long-term growth, income and stakeholder value. From day one, Etkin Johnson Group has invested and developed high-quality commercial real estate assets in Colorado’s Front Range. These assets are either undervalued or demonstrate strong potential for value creation, with a focus on industrial, office, flex, retail and hotels. As a growth and income investor, this strategy has consistently generated an IRR approaching 20% over the course of two decades. As a result, Etkin Johnson has an unbroken record of delivering on every promise. On behalf of my colleagues, I would like to thank our investors, lenders, tenants and business partners for the continued support you have provided. It has been the foundation of Etkin Johnson’s past and present performance, and it is providing the new energy that will propel our company into the future. Your trust and confidence are greatly appreciated. » TOP
